American Dream made some new concrete stairs for me as the old one's needed replacing. We kept getting rained out but Brian was very responsive and transparent as we waited for the weather to clear. He charged a fair price and got the work done timely once the weather allowed for it. He didn't subcontract his work out which is something I've dealt with before.
